1-2-1 OR 2-1 SESSIONS

For those who want more personalised programmes I am delighted to offer sessions tailored to your needs.  These can be purely for fitness progression or rehabilitation from an injury or surgery.  If you are facing surgery, Pilates is very beneficial in helping you strengthen and train your mind and body prior to your operation with the aim of improving your recovery.

PILATES MAT

Pilates Mat is based on the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated, and should be conditioned together. Pilates Mat classes at Fit as a Fi attempt to coordinate breathing and physical movement, improve focus and concentration, and help participants regain control of their body and mind.

Participants are limited to ensure everyone gets the attention they deserve.

GENERAL

All classes are mat based with the ability to supplement with small props for greater challenge e.g. resistance bands

For 1-2-1 or 2-1 sessions it may be possible to arrange Studio sessions at local facilities although additional charges may apply
