As a Pilates Teacher and Running Coach based in Sevenoaks, my goal is to help you use the connection of your mind and body to feel fitter and stronger through the precise, controlled and flowing movement Pilates offers.
 

Pilates focuses on regaining body alignment, working muscles effectively to improve posture and fitness.   It is a fantastic exercise method that builds both strength and flexibility - used by dancers and athletes/sports-people alike to generate improvements in their chosen field.  When done correctly, Pilates is often recommended to prepare the body prior to operations and afterwards as part of rehabilitation.
